FREE SHIPPING & RETURNS

• We at CRUÈL offer complimentary premium shipping.


• We at CRUÈL ship worldwide, ready to ship.

• After placing an order with CRUÈL, you will receive an email containing your order details and a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your package.


• Returns and exchanges are available up to 7 days from delivery.

(If applicable). Please contact us at order@cruelinc.com with your order number so that we can send you the instructions how returns your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 

REFUND POLICY

• (If applicable). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

• (If applicable). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at order@cruelinc.com.

• During BLACK FRIDAY / SALE PRODUCTS / PRE ORDER SALE, All sales are final. In case of defects or damages, the product may be exchanged for a new one or store credit.
